This summer, the best McLaren are on display at the Louwman Museum in The Hague
The Louwman Museum in The Hague is hosting an exhibition of McLaren models, featuring a selection of 16 notable cars from the brand that can be seen throughout the summer

Those of us who enjoy the world of motors and the steering wheel also take holidays from time to time. But, like all enthusiasts of anything, we gravitate towards places that can reveal something related to cars. For example, a trip to The Hague cannot be made this summer without stopping by the Louwman Museum, where 16 McLaren cars have been gathered to bring them closer to the visitors of this museum venue.
These 16 McLaren cars date from between 1971 and 2016, so the exhibition represents the evolution the brand’s cars have undergone over the last 40 years. Visitors who come to the Louwman Museum will find not only road cars, but also competition models that have marked more than one milestone for the brand.

At this museum you will be able to see cars that are no longer manufactured, but also special editions and models created specifically for a particular customer. One of the models will be, for example, a P1 GTR, a 675LT Spider and the 12C 50th Anniversary Edition, cars that are not exactly numerous. Alongside them are exhibited cars such as the 650S Can-Am Edition, a new 570GT, the Le Mans-spec F1 GTR and a bare chassis of a Can-Am competition car.

The museum’s offering is completed with seven Formula One single-seaters, including one that carries the Marlboro branding, something no longer permitted under European tobacco advertising legislation. A collection that will make your visit to the Benelux enjoyable, so if your holidays take you to this region of Europe, don’t forget to make room in your schedule to discover these gems of Belgium which, although they are in fact British, will make the visit to The Hague even more interesting.
