Veyron replica with 400 CV for almost 100,000 euros

So here I bring you the replica of one of the most famous cars in the world, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport. The owner is a seller from Atlanta, Georgia, who put his replica of the Bugatti Veyron up for sale on Craigslist. This model, built in 2012, has been seen on several occasions, but it is not a faithful copy as is the case with most counterfeit sports cars.

The listing description states that, according to the seller, it is a 99.9% replica identical to the standard model, both inside and out. The standout details are the headlights, the bonnet and the side vents, which are completely different from the original.

The base of this replica is a 2001 Mercury with 20-inch wheels and ABS brakes. The engine is mounted at the rear and is a six-cylinder turbo engine which, according to the owner, can produce 400 horsepower.

It also has a cover that imitates the one covering the sixteen-cylinder engine of the real Bugatti Veyron. The transmission is automatic and appears to have covered almost 37,000 miles, a little under 50,000 kilometres.

The most striking thing about this car, as well as its price of around 95,000 euros, is the interior. As seen in the image, the interior features leather upholstery on almost all surfaces in three combined different tones, in contrast with a centre console that bears no resemblance to the original.

The car is completed with a rather peculiar gear lever and a four-spoke steering wheel with the Bugatti logo.
