Abarth F595: a special edition paying tribute to Formula 4
With special details and 165 CV under the bonnet, this little tribute is dedicated to winning over the hearts of fans of the scorpion brand

In tribute to the 50th anniversary of the single-seater designed by Carlo Abarth, the scorpion brand has decided to unveil a new special edition of its star model. This very special little sports car is named Abarth F595, a model whose name already includes a distinctive detail, the F, which is meant as a tribute to Formula 4.
Abarth is the exclusive engine supplier and official sponsor of the Formula 4, the competition our protagonist pays homage to, and it has been designed for fans of the brand who want strong performance and technology taken directly from motorsport.

Special design for a very special version
The exterior design of the new F595 features numerous distinctive details exclusive to this very special version, available both in the standard hard-top version and in the convertible version for those who want to open the roof of their little sports car and enjoy the breeze and the wonderful sound of this toy.
Across its bodywork we can see several elements, including its mirrors, a small lip on the front bumper and a moulding on its rear diffuser in Rally Blue, which can be combined with six colour options to dress this new Abarth: Race White, Campovolo Grey, Track Grey, Scorpion Black, Record Grey and Tarmac Grey.

Alongside the colour range, Abarth has equipped this F595 with 17-inch Sport alloy wheels in matt black as standard equipment. At the rear there is an identification plate bearing the name of this special series.
Inside, as is obvious, there are also numerous details that remind us of the type of car we are in. First and foremost, the main culprits are the Sabelt seats, which are offered as an option in the extras catalogue. In keeping with this sporty atmosphere, there is also a leather multifunction steering wheel that we already know from other versions of the Abarth.

The little F595 does not give up the latest in connectivity, as it features a 7-inch infotainment system with DAB radio and compatibility with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
As for its dynamic side, the Abarth already comes standard with a Koni rear suspension with frequency-selective damping technology for excellent sporty handling, and a braking system with ventilated discs of 284 mm at the front axle and 240 mm at the rear.

Its strong points
The heart of this Abarth F595 is the 1.4-litre turbo T-Jet engine, the same unit that powers the Formula 4 single-seaters, which produces 165 CV and 230 Nm of torque available from 2,250 rpm. With all this, it is capable of reaching a top speed of 218 km/h and going from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.3 seconds with the manual gearbox and 7.4 seconds with the sequential automatic gearbox.
The jewel of this Abarth F595 is its new Record Monza Sovrapposto exhaust, a diagonally arranged exhaust system with four outlets that produces a truly sublime roar. If by any chance you wanted to reduce its sound, simply pressing the “Scorpion” button on the dashboard closes the active exhaust valves inside the system, achieving a calmer sound.
