Artificial Intelligence arrives across the entire Peugeot range with ChatGPT

Peugeot takes an important step in integrating technology into its vehicles by making ChatGPT artificial intelligence a standard across its entire range. This decision has already been tested and proven in a pilot phase, and the results place the French brand at the forefront of on-board technology. This experience has previously been launched on the market by brands such as DS, Škoda or Volkswagen

The integration of ChatGPT into the iconic i-Cockpit® of Peugeot offers drivers and passengers a distinctive, intuitive driving experience through simple voice commands such as “OK Peugeot”. Users can access a wide range of services and functions, such as obtaining information about points of interest or setting up games for the youngest passengers.

ChatGPT not only answers questions, but is also capable of holding conversations and adapting to the user’s needs. It can provide historical, cultural and entertainment information, guiding the driver along tourist and cultural routes, with a fairly natural level of interaction that turns the journey into a pleasant and entertaining experience.

Availability and price

ChatGPT will be available on all latest-generation Peugeot models equipped with voice commands, including the 208, 2008, 308, 308 SW, 408, 508, 508 SW, RIFTER, TRAVELLER, PARTNER and EXPERT. The 3008 and 5008 will join the list later this year.

Artificial intelligence will be available both for new vehicles and for existing customers, and can be installed remotely without the need to visit a dealership. Access to ChatGPT will be included in the Connect Plus package for the first six months from the vehicle’s purchase date. Afterwards, it will be available by subscription at €12 per month or €120 per year. Customers who already have a compatible vehicle will be able to add the ChatGPT function as a standalone option for €1.5 per month or €15 per year.
