Citroën Grand C4 SpaceTourer C-Series, a 7-seat MPV in a special edition

MPVs appear to be losing ground and are being replaced by increasingly popular SUVs. Yet despite falling out of favour, there is still a good range of these vehicles, and manufacturers are still backing them. Citroën has just announced the launch of the Citroën Grand C4 SpaceTourer C-Series, a version included in this special series that already features other models from the brand.

In fact, the Citroën Grand C4 SpaceTourer C-Series is the fifth to receive this designation, after the C3 Aircross SUV, the C4 Cactus, the New C3 and the C5 Aircross SUV. The seven-seat MPV was chosen for the success it has enjoyed over recent years, with more than 440,000 units sold since its launch in 2013.

offers specific equipment for this version, along with a new range of body colours and elements that set it apart from previous versions. In this case, the presence of the C-Series lettering under the exterior mirrors stands out. As for body colour, the model’s existing colours are kept: Banquise White, Onyx Black, Arena Beige, Acier Grey, Platinum Grey, Ruby Red and Forest Blue, contrasted with silver-coloured roof arches.

Inside, a different colour scheme is used, with black door handles, grey upholstery, and dashboard and door trim in the same sober, elegant tone. The floor mats are exclusive to this variant, with red stitching, as are other elements that differentiate the C-Series version.

Looking at the equipment, connectivity has been improved, with an updated navigation system and compatibility with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also includes a reversing camera, an automatic electric parking brake and fog lights with Cornering Light function.

The exterior mirror housings in Onyx Black are also standard, and together with the 17-inch ZEPHYR alloy wheels, with a black diamond-cut design, they give a very striking look that defines the model’s most exclusive style. The starting price of the Citroën Grand C4 SpaceTourer C-Series is 21,900 euros, and it can now be reserved in Spain.
