Dacia Jogger: this is the camper kit the brand will offer in 2023

Dacia has presented a camper conversion kit that will be part of the brand’s official offering. This package of add-ons joins other kits presented by other companies specializing in this type of equipment, so the brand’s vehicle has several options for enjoying leisure time.

The kit was presented at the same event where the Dacia Manifesto could be seen, along with other new releases from the brand. What matters about this kit is that, unlike others we have seen, it is an official proposal. It will be available for those who want to turn their Jogger into a leisure vehicle and it will come with plenty of comforts.

From seven to five seats

This type of conversion comes at a cost in space. To install the wooden box that goes in the rear, the third row of seats has had to be removed. Inside the box there is storage space, and you can keep plenty of useful items for camping.

The bed is installed over the second row of seats when they are folded down. There is a three-piece folding mattress that allows two adults to sleep comfortably. The equipment does not include a kitchen, which could be a good complement to this setup. Even so, it has something that makes it very attractive.

There is a folding tent that can be attached to the rear of the Jogger. It can be used as a living room, sheltered from the weather. In addition, an extra mattress can be carried and the space can be turned into an additional bedroom, to accommodate two more adults or more people.

Dacia had announced its intention to offer a kit of these characteristics for the Jogger, and this could hit the market starting in autumn of this year. The price has not been announced, but given that Dacia is involved, we hope it will be affordable and marketed so that it is as accessible as the vehicle itself.
