Jeep unveils three new electric SUVs for 2024
The American brand has presented its Avenger, its first electric SUV arriving in 2023, the Recon, a highly capable off-roader, and the Wagoneer, a premium SUV with long range

Coinciding with the celebration of Jeep 4xe Day, the American brand has just officially presented its new Jeep Avenger, the brand’s first 100% electrified SUV, arriving in 2023 with a very attractive and youthful design, a range of around 400 kilometres on the WLTP cycle and very advanced technology equipment.
In addition to the major launch of the Avenger, the brand has also presented two more models expected to arrive throughout 2024. One of them will be a highly capable off-roader called Recon, and the last will be a very luxurious and elegant SUV with long range called Wagoneer S.
The first electric Jeep
To begin with the Jeep Avenger, the brand will produce this fully electric SUV in Europe, becoming the first electrified model of the brand and a first step towards becoming the market-leading electric SUV brand by 2030, the date by which all Stellantis brands have committed to 100% of their sales being electric vehicles.

The size of the Avenger will place it just below the Jeep Renegade (road test), and it will be built specifically in Tychy, Poland. There, the new Jeep SUV will boast quite a generous interior space, good boot capacity, modern and technological equipment and off-road capabilities as a true Jeep. Although we will have to wait for the 2022 Paris Motor Show to see it in detail.
The most radical
Moving on to the Jeep Recon, this highly capable SUV was shown to us for the first time, with an appearance that quickly makes clear what kind of car it is. A fully electric off-roader ideal for having fun off the tarmac but with zero emissions, and able to remove the doors, windows and roof to take the experience to another level.

Jeep has wanted to highlight that this model’s range will be very wide, allowing long days of fun outside the city and returning with sufficient load capacity.
Unlike the Avenger, the Jeep Recon will not reach the USA until 2024 at the earliest, or even 2025, as its production will begin in North America in 2024. Furthermore, the good news is that it will also reach other markets such as Europe.
Luxury and refinement
Last but not least, the brand has presented the Wagoneer S to us, a stylishly designed and very luxurious SUV, an interior full of comforts and a power output of around 600 CV, allowing it to go from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in about 3.5 seconds and cover up to 640 kilometres on a single charge.
Its production will also take place in the USA, although like its off-road sibling, it will arrive in Europe during 2024 or even 2023.
