Jon Olsson is back at it with his new Audi RS6 with over 700 CV

Jon Olsson has once again given in to the temptation of the Audi RS6. This time he has turned to the engineers at ABT to get the most out of his vehicle

We all remember the fateful story of Jon Olsson’s Audi RS6 and how it was burned to a crisp after being taken from its later owners. Following this incident, the Swedish athlete acquired several very eye-catching models, all with their corresponding modifications and grey camouflage. A Lamborghini Huracán and a Rolls Royce Wraith with over 800 CV were Olsson’s latest acquisitions, but temptation has got the better of him. The young skier has decided to return to the old days by buying an even more special Audi RS6.

Let’s not forget that Jon Olsson has a great fondness for aftermarket parts and for tuning all the elements of his cars and this new RS6 was not going to be any different. To get his new German saloon to deliver optimal performance, this time he turned to ABT. Although the previous Audi RS6 that was owned by Olsson was pushing 1,000 CV, this time he has decided to be a little more restrained and settle for a slightly more modest tune.

However, power is not the only thing that changes in this new vehicle from the athlete. For this RS6, the camouflage paint he used so often on his cars has been ditched in favour of black and white to cover both halves of Jon Olsson’s new toy. At the same time, they have opted to fit a less aggressive aerodynamic kit than the one featured on the RS6 DTM. Another element worth highlighting is the design of the wheels, which include an outer piece covering the entire diameter, painted to match the bodywork.

Jon Olsson is known for choosing big cars, which is why the athlete has developed a great fondness for ABT’s Audi RS6+ as the basis for his project. Let’s remember that this variant from the German tuner comes with a modification capable of extracting 705 CV of power and 880 Nm of torque from the V8 TFSI housed under the bonnet of the estate with the four rings, but on this occasion they wanted to take it even further.

Specifically, it is 735 CV and 920 Nm of torque that the engine powering Jon Olsson’s RS6 delivers. It’s true that it is not the nearly 1,000 CV of the previous car, but we believe he is not going to have a bad time with this new creation. Another fundamental point for the Swede is, without a doubt, the sound of his cars, so ABT has decided to fit a very special exhaust capable of emitting a heavenly chant from the supercharged 8-cylinder.

Without a doubt, this new vehicle in the Swedish skier’s fleet will be nostalgic for many of his followers, but it will become the perfect companion for tackling all kinds of conditions on his long journeys. Jon Olsson’s Audi RS6 is already ready to roll and very soon we will see it starring in his videos.
