Look how well the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato handles and looks on snow
Lamborghini wanted to show off the qualities of the Huracán Sterrato in a video driving on snow, an always very demanding surface

Porsche was a pioneer in presenting an off-road version of its most iconic sports car, the 911, with which, by the way, they took part in rally tests and were crowned winners of the Dakar, a feat that was remembered precisely at the end of last year when sales of the 911 Dakar began, a modern reinterpretation of the 911 SC RS that only a few fortunate people with a very deep pocket will be able to enjoy.
Also at the end of last year, as many of you already know, Lamborghini followed in the footsteps of Porsche by offering an off-road version of one of its most imposing sports cars, the Huracán Sterrato, an authentic beast with mixed tyres capable of letting you enjoy terrain beyond the asphalt, an absolute madness. In this regard, Lamborghini has wanted to demonstrate that the Huracán Sterrato is indeed suited to other terrain and, now, we can see it dancing on the snow.

The Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato will not be suitable for every pocket either, and not even for all those deep pockets, since only 1,499 units will be produced for the whole world, so for something this exclusive it is likely that many of its future owners won’t even dare to test its qualities off the asphalt, but, as Lamborghini shows us, it performs wonderfully, at least on snow. And indeed, this winter, at a ski resort in the Italian Alps, the Huracán Sterrato has been showing itself on snow, delighting the skiers present there.

Almost as if wanting it to blend in with the snow, Lamborghini turned up there with a Huracán Sterrato painted in Bianco Phanes, with contrasts provided by the Grigio Telesto colours and the carbon fibre of its aerodynamic elements. To this must be added, given its off-road character, the front lower protections in aluminium, the sills, the reinforced rear diffuser and the wheel arches, which give it a more rugged appearance than its strictly asphalt-oriented version.

It should be remembered that, despite its new off-road persona, the Huracán Sterrato puts on a full display of power thanks to its powerful 5,200 cc V10, which delivers 610 CV along with a torque of 560 Nm, linked to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels thanks to its electronically controlled all-wheel drive with a mechanical limited-slip rear differential. In addition, thanks to its improved Lamborghini Integrated Vehicle Dynamics (LDVI) system, it features the “Rally” driving mode, which helps it even more on loose surfaces such as dirt or snow, along with its Bridgestone Dueler AT002 run-flat tyres adapted to this model and approved for its power and maximum speed of 260 km/h.
