The small Toyota Aygo welcomes a new special edition called x-clusiv, joining the already existing special edition x-cite

If you are looking for a small city car that lets you get around town with agility and without complications, Toyota wants the Aygo to be your reference. To that end, as you may remember, this past summer it received an update to enhance its already distinctive styling, while also adding important new features in terms of equipment and especially when it comes to connectivity and safety.

Within the trim levels available for the Toyota Aygo, at the top sits the x-cite version, a special edition that Toyota has committed to updating regularly with equipment not found on the other trim levels. It is on the basis of this commitment that they now present the x-clusiv special edition for the Aygo, which complements the x-cite version and will also share its price.

As with the x-cite edition, the x-clusiv special edition also features a unique two-tone body finish, with the “x-azul metalizado” colour chosen in combination with a black roof. To this combination are added 15-inch two-tone alloy wheels with a 10 double-spoke design, as well as black-tinted rear windows.

Stepping inside, we see that its styling has also been changed to offer unique details, such as leather-and-fabric upholstery for the seats, and the dashboard and centre console in quartz grey, while the air vent surrounds are in piano black. But it is not only the styling that changes on the Toyota Aygo x-clusiv; there is also an interesting standard specification, especially in the safety area, where we find the Toyota Safety Sense system, which includes Pre-collision and Lane Departure Warning systems.

This is not the only standard equipment we get. We can also highlight the light sensor, air conditioning, speed limiter, six airbags, Electronic Stability Control and Traction Control, rear-view camera, electric windows, Hill Start Assist, Tyre Pressure Monitor, daytime running lights and LED rear lamps, among other standard features. In terms of connectivity, the Toyota Aygo x-clusiv uses the ‘x-touch’ multimedia system with a 7-inch touchscreen, compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. All of this can also be complemented by an extensive list of optional equipment for just €1 a month through Pay Per Drive.

The Toyota Aygo x-clusiv shares its price with the other Aygo special edition, the x-cite, starting from €11,900, and is already available at all dealerships in Spain.
