Honda HR-V Sport: this is the sportiest version of the urban SUV
The Honda HR-V Sport will go on sale in December with a 1.5-litre VTEC TURBO petrol engine producing 182 CV.
Honda has just unveiled the new HR-V Sport, a new version joining the HR-V 2019 range with a 1.5-litre VTEC TURBO petrol engine. This variant introduces a series of chassis improvements that make it a more dynamic vehicle. In addition, the HR-V Sport benefits from a new exterior design and will begin production in December 2018. The first deliveries will reach the Spanish market in April 2019.
New 1.5-litre VTEC Turbo engine

The 1.5-litre VTEC TURBO engine in the new HR-V Sport can also be found in the latest generation of the Honda Civic. It is a four-cylinder engine that in this model produces 182 CV.
Chassis improvements
The new Honda HR-V offers a more dynamic driving experience than the standard version. This is due to several elements, such as the “Performance Damper” suspension. This technology is fitted to both the rear and front axles and counteracts relative lateral displacement and torsional movement, which allows the car to maintain greater stability through corners. The car also features a series of upgrades that provide greater body rigidity and a sportier steering feel.

Design exclusive to this version
In terms of design, the Honda HR-V Sport includes a series of modifications that set it apart from the standard version. Among them is the new “Solid Wing Face” grille of the Honda and a gloss black chrome panel (the base version uses a darkened chrome finish).

The HR-V Sport also features a narrow front splitter, side skirts and wheel arch mouldings and a more pronounced rear bumper, all finished in black. The Sport version includes black mirror covers, a twin exhaust and exclusive 18-inch alloy wheels.
