The maker of luxury supercars that only a handful of people can afford has officially unveiled the new Pagani Huayra Roadster BC. This model will be limited to 40 units, and they have already been sold out.

Pagani has officially revealed the new Pagani Huayra Roadster BC after posting on the brand’s social media profiles some images that showed the silhouette of the supercar. This version is the most aggressive and original since the model’s official debut back in 2012.

Like all Paganis, the new Pagani Huayra Roadster BC will be limited to just 40 units, and it’s worth noting that they have already been sold. The latest creation from the luxury supercar maker uses an evolved version of its own carbo-titanium tub chassis, which is not only lighter but also stronger than ever.

The Pagani Huayra Roadster BC tips the scales at just 1,250 kg, which is staggering considering the power it produces. This beast will be powered by a 6.0-litre twin-turbo V12 engine, a new unit designed specifically for Pagani by AMG. Furthermore, this powerplant will also be found in future Paganis.

The new supercar will produce 802 CV and 1,098 Nm of peak torque, which should be enough to make your head spin every time you touch the accelerator. As before, the only option is a seven-speed Xtrac automated manual gearbox, which gives the lucky owner a rawer driving feel.

The bodywork is almost entirely new and features aggressive aerodynamics that generate 500 kg of downforce at 280 km/h. The front splitter is now larger and is accompanied by new canards and louvres in the front wheel arches, a redesigned rear cover, a huge fixed wing spanning the width of the supercar, as well as a massive diffuser.

The exhaust system is also new and comes with six exhaust pipes, two of which exit from inside the diffuser. Pagani has not yet shared any performance figures, but judging by the specifications so far, it is safe to say it will be quite fast in a straight line. They have only mentioned that the new Pagani Huayra Roadster BC is capable of pulling 1.9 G of lateral acceleration during steady-state cornering, reaching a peak of 2.2 G, as well as braking at 2.2 G.

The wilder version of the Huayra takes its name from the initials of Benny Caiola (BC), Pagani’s first customer, and stands apart from the standard model thanks to its greater power, lower weight (132 kilograms less) and advanced aerodynamics, among other things.

Beneath the spectacular bodywork of the Pagani Huayra BC lies a 6.0-litre twin-turbo V12 engine sourced from AMG, producing 802 CV, that is, 59 CV more than the conventional Huayra. Equally impressive is the gigantic peak torque figure that the Xtrac sequential transmission handles, reaching 1,098 Nm. More than enough to move the model’s 1,218 kilograms with agility.
