Peugeot 208 Signature, new special series with advanced technology content from €13,690
Peugeot launches the new Signature special series, giving the 208 greater technological equipment and connectivity as its main attractions

The lion brand launches a new special series of its most versatile model, the 208. Based on the mid-range trim of the 208 range and under the name Signature, the new special series offers a greater level of technological equipment and connectivity, as well as distinctive aesthetic and finishing details that bring the model greater comfort, technology and dynamism.
Externally, the 208 Signature features folding mirrors finished in the same body colour, with the indicators integrated into them. At the front, the Equalizer front grille features a new chrome finish. On the front wings, discreet monograms identify the special series, and the brand’s engineers and designers have fitted it with 16” Titane alloy wheels in Hephais grey. The door sills, specific to this Signature special series, add an extra touch of dynamism to the model’s overall styling.
Inside, the first thing that catches the eye is the Peugeot i-Cockpit, the driver’s workspace. The instrumentation keeps the familiar Head Up style, with the LCD screen displaying the key driving data (speed, consumption, etc.) without the driver having to take their eyes off the road. Through the 7” touchscreen inserted in the central console, the driver can manage the infotainment systems (navigation, audio, vehicle status information, trip information, consumption, etc.). PSA’s engineers have improved its connectivity with the various mobile devices on board and with the smart apps downloaded via the Mirror Screen system, compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The new Peugeot 208 Signature includes more technological features in addition to an exclusive interior and exterior finish. The car’s interior finish also benefits from new details and materials that add quality and refinement to the cabin atmosphere, further enhancing its sporty character. The air vents now have chrome trims, the gear lever knob is high-end, and the upholstery and trim are of improved quality.
As for the mechanical options offered with this special series, customers can choose the BlueHDI 100 diesel engine which, paired with a six-speed manual gearbox that is pleasant and efficient to use, delivers CO2 emissions of just 97 g/km. Those who prefer petrol have two possible variants to consider: the Puretech three-cylinder engines of 82 and 110 CV, both with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard, and a six-speed automatic optional on the latter.
From €13,690, the Peugeot 208 Signature is already on sale at the brand’s Spanish dealerships.
