Peugeot i-Cockpit: this is the command center of the lion's models
This model features the update to the new i-Cockpit, which now consists of a large 21-inch screen that displays instrumentation and multimedia.

For ten years, Peugeot models have featured the i-Cockpit, a comprehensive information control system that offers cutting-edge technology so that everything can be seen with ease. The Peugeot 3008, which will launch in September, will be the first model to feature the new i-Cockpit, which includes a panoramic screen.
The main element that identifies this new Peugeot i-Cockpit is the huge 21-inch screen. It is located on the dashboard, in a floating format, and includes all the information the driver needs to drive safely. And all of this without neglecting to show the front-seat passenger what they need to also enjoy the journey.

The screen includes two of the key elements of the i-Cockpit, the Head-Up Display and the central multimedia screen. Thanks to the curved shape of the screen, it can be perceived as if it were floating above the dashboard. Beneath it, several LED lights have been placed to give it a more modern and striking look.

On the left side of the screen, in front of the driver, is the instrumentation. The compact steering wheel helps everything be seen with ease and at a glance. The central screen is accessible to both the driver and the passenger. From it, you can control the information and entertainment system, the climate control, or connectivity, among other things.
In the center of the dashboard you will find the i-Toggles. These are customizable buttons that can give access to the 10 functions preferred by the user. With them you can start the route to a usual destination, call a favorite contact, tune the radio to a configured station, set a preset temperature with the climate control, and other frequently used functions.
As for the automatic gearbox, it has been moved to leave the center console clear. In this way, the space can be reserved for wirelessly charging mobile devices. The gear selector is now located next to the steering wheel, very close to the start and stop button.
Compact steering wheel with multimedia controls
The multimedia steering wheel has improved in design and has been adjusted to the new overall design of the Peugeot i-Cockpit. The central hub is separated from the steering wheel spokes so that it offers the floating-element look that the screen also has. Ergonomics have been improved with the addition of ‘touch-click’ controls.
Although they detect the driver’s fingers, they only activate when pressed. This prevents accidental activation from a mere touch and increases safety, while still keeping them easy to use.
To complement the current look of the cabin, an ambient lighting system has been fitted, which is reflected in an aluminum trim. This lighting has eight different settings, making it a very pleasant feature.
