Peugeot invites you to enjoy a very different day with #EstoEsUnSUV

Peugeot currently has two SUVs in its range, the Peugeot 2008 and the Peugeot 3008, although it hopes to launch a third model of this type next year.
The SUV segment currently accounts for around 26% of new vehicle sales, and car manufacturers cannot miss the opportunity offered by this type of car. In fact, Peugeot is making the most of it, since the two crossovers in its range alone account for roughly a third of its sales.
The French brand’s best-selling SUV is the Peugeot 2008 and, for this reason, they want to boost its image and promote it with very interesting events for customers and non-customers of the brand, free of charge and in an unusual setting, in abandoned villages.
Under the concept #EstoEsUnSUV, Peugeot will hold special days starting the weekend of 15, 16 and 17 July at the “La Casita del Olivar” estate in Fresno de Torote. A depopulated village just 30 minutes from the capital. Peugeot will run “test drives” of roughly one hour, where customers can get to know the new Peugeot 2008 in greater depth and understand the SUV style, which they describe as a lifestyle.

In addition to being able to test the brand’s crossover on tracks, and use and understand how the Grip Control system works, Peugeot wants Fresno de Torote to come back to life, at least for that weekend. To this end, they have also organised a series of live musical performances with traditional music and current DJs, an artisan market, tastings, nature, typical local products and entertainment for the little ones.
To register, no requirements are needed. Simply go to the website set up for this (www.estoesunsuv.com) and sign up in the Peugeot SUV Trophy section before 30 June.
Peugeot aims for us to get a closer look at the capabilities of its small SUV and for families to enjoy a different day in a practically dead village. In any case, the brand assures that the Fresno de Torote event is only the beginning, as they will later hold similar events in other villages across the country that have been abandoned, although so far they have not been able to confirm the rest of the dates for us.
