Panamera Turbo-S 1

The range of the Porsche Panamera was completely renewed a few months ago, but that doesn’t mean the news is over. That’s why the German brand now brings us the top of the range, the Turbo S version.

Conceived as one of the fastest four-seat vehicles in the world, the Porsche Panamera Turbo S is launched to compete directly with the other super saloons on the market.

The new Panamera Turbo S can be chosen in the two body variants we already knew, the “standard” and the long one, called “Executive” and mainly aimed at markets such as Asia.
It is the logical evolution of the restyling. At launch, the Panamera Turbo S offered 550 CV, and after the restyling it offers 20 more, reaching 570 CV. This new figure is possible thanks to the use of two revised turbos and an engine with less internal friction.

The performance is extraordinary, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds, and reaching a top speed of 310 km/h. These are figures within reach of very few vehicles, all the more remarkable considering that the Panamera comes dangerously close to 2 tonnes in weight. The homologated consumption figures stand at 10.2 litres per 100 kilometres on the combined cycle.

The rest of the update is parallel to that of its sister models in the range, which means new lights both at the front and rear, newly designed alloy wheels, redesigned bumpers and, above all, a version called “Executive” characterised by a length increased by 150 mm, giving much more space to the rear seats.

Prices for the Spanish market are already known, starting at €207,334 for the short version, and €226,747 for the “Executive” alternative.
