Dacia Duster Sandero Compact Other Sedans SUV
Renault presents two variants of the Sandero and Duster in São Paulo

The São Paulo Motor Show is underway these days and, although it is not an event that has much influence on our markets, it is still a show where we can be surprised by the proposals brands have to display. These are, above all, variants designed for the Latin American market that we will never see in our country. We have been able to see a new model of compact SUV from Honda, and now we have two versions of Dacia, presented by Renault in this market, which make a clear difference from the models we know.
The Dacia Sandero keeps the same 2.0-litre petrol engine, which delivers 150 CV, but offers a more dynamic and attractive version on the outside. The exterior finish is based on the group’s Formula 1 car, a scheme repeated inside that gives the driver the feeling of being in a more extreme and powerful model than the rest of mortals. This variant is called Sandero RS Grand Prix.

In the case of the Duster, the transformation has been different, working to show a more attractive and powerful version of the popular Romanian SUV. The front and rear bumpers have been modified, but it has also received a change in ground clearance. It also features specially designed wheels to give a different image. This is further emphasised by a strip of LED lights mounted on the roof.
Under the bonnet it has a 2.0-litre petrol engine and, of course, all-wheel drive. It is a concept car that will not go into production, at least not anytime soon. That said, all its features will be available to buyers of the Renault Duster as an option, so that their car has a more attractive and dynamic image for venturing off-road.
