Caught testing a Porsche at 297 km/h on the R-4 in Madrid
A driver has been caught going 297 km/h on the R4 toll motorway in the direction of Madrid at the wheel of a powerful Porsche 911 Carrera GTS that was supposedly being tested. This is one of the biggest speeding offenders caught on our roads by the Civil Guard. The driver also had no points on his licence and had reduced mobility.
