A110 Alpine Coupés Sports Cars
The Alpine A110 takes its performance to the maximum with the limited R Ultime edition
Alpine has made the A110 even more extreme and radical with the limited R Ultime edition, of which only 110 units will be built

If we consider value for money and sportiness, the Alpine A110 is one of the most radical sports cars we can afford with some savings, a vehicle with which the French brand never stops innovating and, above all, surprising, and it is now doing so with a limited edition that will undoubtedly take your breath away and make you dream of having a garage to enjoy it whenever you feel like it.
The Alpine A110 R Ultime will be a limited edition of just 110 units, as its name suggests, presented as an exercise in design and engineering in which the brand has made the most of the knowledge acquired over 8 years of participating in GT4. It therefore amounts to a vehicle based on racing, taking an already complete sports car to the extreme, pushing right up against the limits required to homologate a road-going vehicle.

To make the Alpine A110 R Ultime even more radical, the brand began by improving its aerodynamics, whose downforce has been increased by 160 kilograms compared with the A110 R. This has been achieved by thinking about track use and fitting a flexible blade along with the front splitter, aerodynamic appendages on both bumpers, as well as a large adjustable double wing together with a more discreet wing on the boot lid, finishing with a ducktail along the bodywork’s waistline.

On the dynamics side, along with the aluminium chassis that provides great lightness for the A110 R Ultime, a new suspension design signed by Ohlins TTX dampers adjustable in height, compression and rebound has been installed. Working with these suspensions we have the new forged wheels of 18 inches on the front axle (10 mm larger than those on the A110 R) and 19 inches on the rear, fitted with Michelin PS2 CUP tyres designed for the A110 R Ultime. Braking is handled by larger-diameter bimaterial discs, equipped with competition pads.

In the mechanical section, the engine has been equipped with new forged pistons and competition connecting rods, while the turbo has been optimised with a redesigned sump and new bearings, and engine management has been optimised to run on RON 102 petrol, so that power reaches a striking 345 CV (325 CV if RON 98 petrol is used) and torque of 420 Nm (80 Nm more than the A110 R Turini), managed through the DCT6 gearbox. With all this, the A110 R Ultime achieves a power-to-weight ratio of 3.2 kg/CV.

Finally, future owners of the A110 R Ultime will now be able to personalise it down to the last detail thanks to the collaboration with Sabelt and Poltrona Frau, with new exterior and interior combinations including 28 body colours, 10 leather colours and 14 Alcantara tones, and it is even possible to finish many elements in body colour, such as the carbon aerodynamic parts, the bonnet, the roof and the rear windscreen. Note that of the 110 units to be built, only 30 will include the exclusive Le Bleue colour for their bodywork, an exterior paint with a two-tone blue gradient and an exclusive black and blue leather interior.
