The BMW iNEXT is hinted at once again in this teaser ahead of its imminent arrival
BMW is about to unveil the new iNEXT, but first it wanted to treat us to a brief yet intense video showing both its front and rear

The electric vehicle world is hitting the current market hard, since every single brand has one of these models in its lineup. BMW has extensive experience in this sector, but even so it has wanted to go further and offer its future customers a very interesting alternative. A few days ago, we told you that the BMW Vision iNEXT -the name given to the future electric vehicle division- was seen in a series of sketches that the brand’s own designers created, but now it has decided to greet us in this intense yet brief video.
This new vehicle will have a grand presentation on a plane, which will depart from Germany and arrive in the United States, passing through several countries. This new presentation format will take place between September 9 and 14, but that private event will be reserved for the brand’s most loyal customers.
However, BMW did not want to leave us without our small serving of this new generation of electric vehicles it is developing. To that end, the German firm has provided us with a brief video in which we can glimpse various aesthetic components of this new model, which bring us closer to a not-too-distant future and to the new -yet traditional- design canons the German firm will employ.

Although it is a concept car, BMW has sought to show an exterior design faithful to what we can see -and have seen- reflected in its other models. On one hand, we find an imposing front end governed by the characteristic kidney grilles that define the front of every single vehicle from the brand. The front is accompanied by two slim LED headlights that help reinforce that futuristic car look.
The rear shows a more contemporary look, as it recalls that of the brand’s latest additions, such as the new X6. The iNEXT has two narrow rear lights that convey sportiness and aggressiveness, along with a clean, pure design that leaves no room for imperfections. At the same time, this model will feature 500 kilometres of range and a charge level between 3 and 4.

For now the firm has made no further statements about the technical side of the BMW iNEXT, but we can gather that it will feature power exceeding 400 CV. However, BMW will reveal much more about this model today, the 9th, as it has ventured to undertake a long journey to captivate its audience.
