The Kia XCeed is about to arrive in Spain and has already announced its prices
The Ceed family from Kia is about to grow with the new XCeed, a new crossover that arrives in our country next month and has already announced its prices

Kia kicked off the summer with the announcement of the new XCeed, a crossover that will fill the gap between the Kia Stonic and the Kia Sportage, thereby also expanding the Ceed family with a fourth member and adding the new CUV body style, which joins the five-door Ceed, the Ceed Tourer estate variant and the shooting brake known as Proceed.
The new Kia XCeed is undoubtedly a very interesting and attractive proposition, especially thanks to the adoption of a coupé-style body, similar to what Audi has done with the Q3 Sportback or Mercedes-Benz with the GLA. All of this combined with the new design language of the Korean brand, which has undoubtedly raised the bar for quality, both outside and inside.

Its exterior look seamlessly blends its coupé lines with a front end similar to that of its family siblings, but with its own features, as well as a rear that aims to resemble that of the Proceed but also with clearly defined features of its own, to which we must add distinctive elements such as wheel arches in a different colour to the bodywork and lower bumper protections, the latter to accentuate its SUV character.
Inside, like the rest of the Ceed family, the new XCeed makes use of the latest technological innovations in terms of safety, connectivity and infotainment. For example, in order to position itself as a clear rival to the German premium brands, the Kia XCeed may feature a new digital instrument cluster with a 12.3-inch high-resolution screen called Supervision. However, for now, to know whether it will be offered as standard or as an option, we will have to find out what equipment will be included in the trim levels in which it will be available: Concept, Drive, Tech and Emotion.

Mechanically, the Kia XCeed will feature the engines we already know from the Ceed family, with the entry-level petrol engine being the 1.0 T-GDi three-cylinder with 120 CV, followed by the 1.4 T-GDi four-cylinder with 140 CV and, as the sportiest version, the 1.6 T-GDi with 204 CV. The diesel offering comes with a single engine, the 1.6 CRDi, available in 115 CV or 136 CV.
The Kia XCeed will go on sale in Spain from next September, with prices broken down as follows:
