The Lamborghini Huracán will undergo a restyling to match its close relative, the Audi R8
Lamborghini has just released a teaser showing certain features of the Huracán, a model that is about to undergo a major restyling.

In these times it is easy to quickly identify the smell of gunpowder from the battle being fought between every single automotive segment, including supercars. These are times when many brands are already working with this type of vehicle, a clear sign that competition is fiercer. With this premise, we can see how numerous high-end models have undergone a restyling to hold their ground and stand out above their main rival, an event that will take place for the Lamborghini Huracán.
A few months ago we were witnesses to how Audi made significant changes to its most radical offspring, the R8. This supercar shares countless components with the Lamborghini Huracán, so it was to be expected that the Italian bull would also undergo a series of changes sooner or later. Thanks to leaks from the English magazine Autoexpress, we have been able to witness the first teaser of the Huracán facelift.
Let us recall that the Italian supercar has the same naturally aspirated V10 heart that powers the recently updated Audi R8, so it is to be expected that the mechanical side will see the same improvement as the German one. However, it is on the exterior where we will witness a significant evolution, where important changes will be applied that herald the future design language of the people from Sant’Agata Bolognese.

In this teaser we can see certain details of the front end, where more pronounced angles will be responsible for defining the Lamborghini Huracán. This is mainly reflected in the front bumper, where more prominent air intakes aim to convey a more aggressive look and better aerodynamic performance that will go hand in hand with the mechanical upgrade the supercar of Lamborghini will receive.
The rear remains a mystery to us, since so far the bull’s brand has not shown us any image of that area. However, we can expect a new design for the rear lights and a different position for the exhaust outlets, which could take inspiration from those present on the Performante, the most radical and wild variant of the Lamborghini Huracán.
For now the Italian brand has made no statements about the presentation date of this restyling, but we can expect it to debut at the Geneva Motor Show the event selected to carry out that unveiling. In this way, Lamborghini will seek to continue conquering the supercar segment, where the Huracán has enjoyed great success in its first generation.
