The Opel Mokka X, ready to be seen on Spanish roads
Opel introduces the “X” nomenclature for its SUV and crossover models, which feature a more robust and dynamic look, superior equipment, and are ready for adventures that take them off-road and over more rugged terrain

The world of SUVs offers vehicles of various sizes, depending on what is expected of them. Alongside large cars capable of tackling the most difficult terrain, there are also small vehicles with those same characteristics in a more compact size. This is the case of the Opel Mokka, a compact SUV that for several years has been one of the chosen vehicles for demanding terrain without giving up comfort. Now, the Mokka X arrives in Spain, improving its equipment and offering a different way of understanding this car.
The new Opel Mokka X comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, as well as equipment that includes the Opel OnStar emergency assistance system, which the brand’s models have been fitted with recently. Thanks to this system, the car features 4G Wi-Fi connectivity, so it can remain fully connected to the brand’s personalized assistance service and access the internet from the car.

LED technology for better visibility
LED technology daytime running lights come as standard on this version of the model, which can optionally include headlights with AFL LED technology. This technology adjusts the lighting conditions to the needs of the road, providing a sharper and higher-quality light. In addition, they include nine lighting modes: city light, secondary road light, touring mode, cornering and turn light functions, reverse and manoeuvring light, and parking (eco) mode.
It also features a range of driver assistance systems, based on the Opel Eye front safety camera, such as Traffic Sign Recognition, Lane Departure Warning, Following Distance Indicator and Forward Collision Alert. In terms of engines, the top of the range is a 1.4-litre unit delivering 152 CV, with a consumption of 6.5 litres per 100 km with a six-speed automatic gearbox and a top speed of 193 km/h.
Petrol, diesel and LPG engines are also available, with power ranging from 110 CV up to the 152 CV top figure. The price of the Opel Mokka X starts at 17,753 euros, with discounts included, and it can already be ordered at the brand’s dealerships.
