Porsche Taycan Sedans Electric Cars
The Porsche Taycan debuts a new interior thanks to TechArt
The German customizer has set to work on the interior of the Porsche Taycan 4S and has created a new design to enjoy a redesigned cabin.

The Porsche Taycan is the first fully electric car from the German luxury manufacturer, and a car that has only very recently arrived among us. And yet, it has already received considerable attention from customizers all over the world. In this case it did not have to go very far, because it was the German company TechArt that took charge of dressing the model’s interior in new leather.
It is not that the interior of this model needs much aesthetic change, but the customizer wanted to play with the look of the car’s interior and give it a renewed and more elegant image. To do so, it started from scratch, designing the cabin by forgetting the original design and adding quite a few of its own touches.

New interior design
The TechArt professionals have discarded all the existing upholstery and have opted for the use of Alcantara and perforated leather with a honeycomb structure. The steering wheel has also received this treatment and shows a similar design change. In the centre of the wheel you can see the workshop’s logo. This is also present on other elements of the cabin, such as the seats and door panels, so that there is no doubt about who has worked on this model.

To further emphasise the exclusivity of this variant, contrasting yellow edges have been added that stand out against the black background. The front and rear seats, the dashboard, the steering wheel, the door panels, the floor mats and even the one covering the boot are marked by those yellow edges that define the style of the interior of TechArt’s Taycan.
The model chosen to make the difference is a Porsche Taycan 4S, which sits above the base variant. It offers 530 CV with the help of overboost and Launch Control. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration is achieved in 4 seconds and its top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h.
In addition, its range is rated at 407 and 463 kilometres depending on the battery type and always under the WLTP cycle. The base price in Spain is 109,063 euros, although with TechArt’s customisation this rises considerably, though we do not know by how much. This is not the first option offered by the German workshop, as it has previously worked on other elements such as wheels, for which it offers different variants.
