Alpine Renault Concepts Sports Cars Industry Salón de París
The Renault Alpine could bring us good news for the Paris Motor Show

The return of the Renault Alpine A110 and its almost certain presentation in Paris could be the spearhead of a series of news that could be revealed at the French show, according to Carlos Tavares. The French sports car has continued its development, together with a new investor who has become interested in the new A110 from the diamond-badged company.
Tavares has been able to anticipate that the new A110 will be different from the concept we have seen for months, when its production model was unveiled. Perhaps it won’t be as spectacular as the concept (as always happens), but it will have a “very interesting” style that has been achieved thanks to the new investors.
Tavares has mentioned that Renault could not develop this model on its own, as it would have required a large amount of funds that the French company is not yet in a position to invest. As for the name of the new investor, it has not yet been officially disclosed, but Tavares has mentioned that its partners will bring out their own Alpine model as a concept, so we could deduce that it is another brand and not a specific group of investors. Will it finally be Mercedes-Benz?
Among other things that Tavares has leaked, the production Alpine will not have a rear-mounted engine like the original, nor will it be a sports car with a very low ride height, as the original model “had serious access problems for many people”.
