The Toyota Corolla Cross is now priced in Spain, the most equipped compact SUV from Toyota

The long-awaited compact hybrid SUV from the Korean company, the Toyota Corolla Cross, has finally arrived in Spain to begin its assault on dealerships. This model is now priced in Spain and becomes one of the most attractive options in its category by offering the best hybrid technology in its range. If we had been waiting a long time for this model’s arrival, even though it was already available in other markets, it is finally available in our country and open for orders.

Those interested in this model, which has been much anticipated, can make a reservation through the brand’s website by paying a deposit of €100, although the first units will begin to be delivered from November onwards.

The Corolla Cross has been considered the big brother of the brand’s flagship, the Toyota C-HR. This model will come with the latest hybrid technology, and the brand’s most successful models such as the Yaris Cross, the Corolla and the Yaris will be surpassed by the arrival of the Toyota Corolla Cross.

Classified as a compact SUV, it has been designed with a length of 4.46 metres and is ready to compete in the market with rivals such as the Hyundai Tucson, the KIA Sportage or the Nissan Qashqai, as its price starts at €36,500 for the less powerful Style version and €41,600 for the more complete Style Plus version.

The most complete standard equipment package

The interior of this model has also been designed incorporating the broadest package of technologies. Toyota offers customers two trim levels, the Style and Style Plus trims, which include notable standard equipment in each of their versions.

ECO environmental badge thanks to its hybrid powertrain

Focusing on the engine, the two versions offered by Toyota feature a hybrid powertrain, an e-CVT automatic gearbox and front-wheel drive. In the Style trim, the 1.8L hybrid engine delivering 140 CV has been chosen. The top-level Style Plus trim, however, features a 2.0L hybrid engine that gives this model a power output of 196 CV.

We hope the brand will carry out future updates to this model, since, just as in other markets such as Italy, where an AWD-i all-wheel drive version is offered, these updates are also expected to reach the Spanish market.
