Volkswagen Sedans Electric Cars Salón de Los Ángeles
The Volkswagen ID. Space Vizzion will be the next electric car from the German brand
The next electric car from Volkswagen will arrive at the Los Angeles Auto Show and will be ready to go on sale in 2021, with several versions available

On November 19th, the Los Angeles Auto Show will be the stage where the new member of Volkswagen’s electric vehicle family can be seen. The new Volkswagen ID. Space Vizzion is the surprise the German brand had in store for us, and it will become its seventh 100% electric vehicle. The next model in the ID. range to reach the market is the Volkswagen ID.4, about which we are learning more, but Volkswagen does not want to stop and is preparing more models for us to enjoy.
The Volkswagen ID. Space Vision is a blend of a crossover and a family saloon. A curious combination that will bring together the capabilities of crossovers and the practicality of a saloon, built on the well-known MEB platform, which serves as the basis for all of the German brand’s electric models.

From the images, we can see that the car will share the same design language as the rest of Volkswagen’s electric family, and that its aerodynamic architecture will help it achieve a range of 480 kilometres on a single charge. For now we have no information about the powertrain that will drive this new electric model from Volkswagen, so we will have to wait until it is presented at the Californian event.

Inside, we can see that it has two multimedia screens, one for the instrument cluster and another for the infotainment system. The concept model has been designed with three rows of two seats to comfortably carry six people. One detail: the seats are covered in AppleSkin, a vegan “leather“, something increasingly present in new models designed for modern times.
The interior is completed with ambient lighting and decorative details to give the prototype the modern, up-to-date look its makers want it to have. The Volkswagen ID. Space Vizzion will be ready for production in 2021 and will have versions adapted to the Asian, American and European markets.
