The wait is over: the next hybrid Ferrari will be unveiled tomorrow
The arrival of the second hybrid Ferrari had been dragging on for far too long, but the brand has finally announced that this long-awaited model will debut tomorrow.

Desperation is palpable, a feeling provoked by the wait Ferrari to see its latest hybrid supercar has imposed on us. We have witnessed numerous test mules running not only around Fiorano but also in the surroundings of Modena, the hometown of the Italian firm. Given this, everything pointed to this final edition of the Geneva Motor Show being the place where Ferrari would take the opportunity to premiere its second hybrid offspring, but the F8 Tributo snatched that opportunity away. However, the brand of the Prancing Horse has put an end to our suffering with a teaser through its social media channels announcing that it will be tomorrow when this mysterious model finally sees the light of day.
For now, only an encouraging message and a blurred image are the elements tasked with giving us a preview of this new Ferrari “eco-friendly”. And we put it in quotation marks because the purpose of the hybrid system at the heart of the brand’s upcoming addition will bring to light a power range that could come close to that of the very LaFerrari.
“Dare to imagine”
“Dare to imagine,” or in Spanish “atrévete a imaginar,” is the phrase with which the Prancing Horse firm has wanted to dazzle us. And it is not wrong, since so few aesthetic details have been revealed that we will have to rely on our imagination to put a “face” to Ferrari’s latest creation.

For now, only part of the rear of the hybrid supercar has been shown, and it presents a series of patterns that reveal a great similarity with other models from the brand. A quadruple lighting unit governs the rear, also alluding to the latest design canons Ferrari has used to lend the Portofino and the 812 Superfast their character.
The bumper shows two arches that could be previewing a central double exhaust outlet, a more unusual arrangement that lends the whole a great deal of personality. We can also glimpse the engine cover, which will act as a protector while also serving as a showcase of the hybrid heart that will bring to life this long-awaited offspring of Ferrari.
Technology that will go beyond what has been established
Speaking of the mechanical side is risky, but after the anticipation this model has generated, we find it hard to contain ourselves. All the signs point to a twin-turbo V8 engine as the faithful companion of one or more electric motors, which will work together to deliver power close to 900 CV.

In this way, we would be looking at the second most powerful Ferrari in history, behind only the majestic LaFerrari, the pioneering hybrid model in the Italian house. But the wait to learn all the details of this new member is about to end, since it will be tomorrow, May 29, 2019, when Ferrari makes history once again.
