These will be the main rivals of the Aston Martin DBX
The Aston Martin DBX is about to enter a tough battle, which will be fought by several high-performance SUVs ready to compete.

Aston Martin has already conquered the SUV segment with the DBX, a vehicle about to land on the market with great force after generating so much anticipation. For now, the British firm has shared some details about its styling, its sound and the engine that will power it. To be more specific, Aston Martin has once again teamed up with Mercedes-AMG to bring the DBX to life, as this luxury SUV will house a powerful 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 capable of producing 550 CV and 700 Nm of torque, figures that will allow it to approach 300 km/h.
But Aston Martin was not the first brand to create a sporty SUV, which is why it will face strong competition in the market. Several Italian and German firms have already covered this niche with numerous options, but the British house wanted to compete all the same and show that a newcomer can also make its mark; so, without further ado, let the battle begin.
Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio Verde
The QV initials of Alfa Romeo have always been iconic alongside the four-leaf clover, a symbol with an interesting history. Thanks to it, the Italian firm has enjoyed a long lineage of sports cars since time immemorial, whose DNA has ultimately been passed on to the Stelvio, one of the most dynamic SUVs on the market.

Thanks to the Quadrifoglio Verde name, the Stelvio features a suspension tuning on par with its main rivals. In addition to a very well-engineered chassis, the Italian SUV houses a powerful twin-turbo V6 engine of Ferrari origin that delights its drivers with 510 CV, 600 Nm of torque and a striking soundtrack.
Maserati Levante Trofeo
Maserati is another Italian firm that was willing to let an SUV join its ranks, with the Levante being the result of that decision. As a worthy member of the trident brand, it takes both luxury and sportiness to the next level, two characteristics complemented by a delicious engine.

A 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 engine is responsible for giving the Levante 580 CV and 730 Nm of torque in its Trofeo variant. These figures allow the trident SUV to reach 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and to come close to breaking the 300 km/h barrier with a top speed of 299 km/h.
Mercedes-AMG GLC 63s
From Germany, and closely related to the Aston Martin DBX , comes the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63s, an SUV that holds the title of fastest in Nürburgring. Thanks to an update, the GLC offers a much more modern and up-to-date look, without diminishing its sporty character on all sides in its most extreme variant.

This time, a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 takes centre stage in the GLC 63s. Thanks to this heart, the German SUV is capable of delivering 510 CV and 700 Nm of torque, figures complemented by a 0 to 100 km/h time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 280 km/h.
