Toyota Spain launches Toyota Business Plus for company fleets

Company fleets are an important market for brands, and for this reason they are creating specific products to serve them well. For this reason, Toyota Spain has created the Toyota Business Plus service, designed to offer complete attention to this type of fleet. Only a select number of dealerships have been chosen to provide this service, totalling 20 across Spain.

The Japanese brand sells 15 models in our country, divided into two main ranges, ‘Toyota Optimal Drive’ and ‘Hybrid Synergy Drive’ (HSD), which have been fully adapted for use in company fleet vehicles. The first covers conventional engines, both petrol and diesel, while the second deals with hybrid technology, which is being used more and more by companies.

The dealerships included in this service have a very specific specialisation and dedicated sales and after-sales attention, since this type of vehicle requires personalised care and is different from the care private customers need. Several additional specific services have been incorporated.

Sales are boosted by the option of a vehicle test-drive period, subject to availability, specialised business advisers, advice on the purchase cost and fleet maintenance, and financial advice, in order to make purchasing the chosen models for the fleet as easy as possible.

In after-sales, the service includes the option of booking a maintenance appointment online, an exclusive telephone line for customers registered with the service, the option of a replacement car for 18 euros a day, reminders when maintenance is due, and other advantages such as an urgent one-hour maintenance service or the Toyota Empresas Manager, a single point of contact to resolve any problem that arises.

In addition, it helps maintain productivity while maintenance is carried out in a Business lounge equipped with Wi-Fi connection and mobile phone chargers. If desired, of course. Toyota Business Plus is accredited by most renting companies and can be used by customers of most of them.
