What should the key of a supercar be like?

What should the key of a supercar be like?

This is one of the most delicate topics in the world — “delicate” because we all imagine that to start a supercar of the caliber of a Pagani, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche… we need a key that should be, at the very least, on par with the vehicle we are about to drive.

Honestly, at least personally, I have always thought that the more exclusive a vehicle was, the more “quirky” the key created to start it should be. But nothing could be further from the truth: according to recent years, the rule is that the more exclusive a vehicle is, the simpler “its key” becomes.

This means we have to talk about vehicles costing over 500 or 600 thousand euros that don’t even have keyless entry and start, or not even a basic blade-type key like the ones any Volkswagen carries. Even so, there will always be brands whose key might look better in a display case than in the pocket of some “millionaire“.

Specifically, today I want to show you the key of the new Pagani Huayra, no less than a miniature Huayra that, curiously, also works as a USB flash drive. As you can see below, the key splits in half: one part is used to start the supercar, while the other stores your music files.
