Zeekr announces the first deliveries in Germany for next January
Zeekr aims to establish itself as the leading premium Chinese alternative in one of the most demanding and electrified markets in Europe.
Zeekr, the premium electric vehicle brand of the Geely group, has just officially announced its arrival in the German market with the first deliveries planned for next January. After almost two years of delay compared to the original plan, the company is finally set to begin accepting orders in this Central European country for three of its models: the compact SUV Zeekr X, the mid-size SUV 7X and the 001 shooting brake.
The launch prices announced by Zeekr for this market are really attractive. The Zeekr X will be available from 37,990 euros, the 7X from 54,990 euros and the 001 for 59,990 euros, which represents a notable reduction compared to the initial rates that were being considered a year ago, also taking inflation into account. Zeekr will sell its vehicles in Germany exclusively online, a direct sales model that Zeekr will complement with personalised customer service.

Although these models could be configured on the German website since 2024, deliveries have been delayed until now, even though they were already on sale in other European markets such as Sweden, the Netherlands or Norway, and Belgium, Denmark and Switzerland later joined them. In recent months, Zeekr has also started operations in Eastern Europe, in countries such as Greece, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia and Bulgaria.

To support the German offensive, Zeekr has signed an agreement with Global Automotive Service (GAS), which will set up an initial network of 40 certified service centres, with the aim of reaching 100 points before mid-2026. These workshops will not only handle maintenance and repairs, but also test drives and spare parts distribution.
Targeting German professional customers
In Germany, Zeekr has as its main goal the corporate fleets. The German market is the largest European market for company cars with almost two thirds of new registrations for professional customers, and the share of electric vehicles in this segment is also growing even faster. Zeekr wants to take advantage of this trend by offering high ranges, fast charging, predictable costs and a user experience designed for high mileage.
To attract European customers, Zeekr has made some adjustments to the 7X and the 001, improving their suitability for the continent’s roads. This work has been carried out by the Development Centre the company has in Gothenburg. Thus, suspension, steering, pedal calibration and even interior acoustics have been fine-tuned with the special characteristics of European motorways in mind.

The standard equipment of these models is, on the other hand, very complete, including 21- or 22-inch wheels, panoramic roof, matrix LED headlights, heat pump, 22 kW charger, air suspension, massage seats and a wide package of driver assistance systems.
Don’t worry about a thing, your car is covered
Regarding the warranties offered by the Chinese manufacturer, the battery pack has an eight-year or 200,000 km warranty, while the vehicle has standard coverage of five years or 100,000 km, which can be extended to ten years or 200,000 km if the vehicle is maintained at the manufacturer’s official network.

The first test drives of Zeekr vehicles in Germany can be carried out before the end of this year, as can reservations through the Zeekr website itself.
