Audi Activesphere Concept: the four-ring prototype that could bring the new TT to life
The latest concept from Audi has just set its unveiling for next January, previewing a design that certainly reminds us of the popular coupé from Ingolstadt
Audi and its Sphere family have already given us creations such as the Grandsphere Concept, the Skysphere Concept and the Urbansphere Concept, three prototypes that will serve as the basis for future production models and that give us a preview of the four-ring brand’s roadmap for electrification.
Now, Audi has just presented the latest member of its Sphere model line, a concept called Audi Activesphere Concept which, as the brand has announced, will be unveiled at the end of next January 2023, boasting a very muscular and athletic line, much like that of one of the most iconic and acclaimed models from the four-ring brand, the Audi TT, a model that is sadly close to being discontinued.
Quite sporty lines
The announcement was accompanied by a teaser image showing the concept from above which, together with a profile shot published this past summer, reveals almost fully the pronounced lines over the wheel arches and hips of this prototype and its crossover traits. Although they seem the antithesis of today’s Audi TT, it adds protective cladding along the lower part of the bodywork and fairly generous all-terrain tyres.

The approach of this concept is not very common, since, as Audi has announced, it features a specific suspension system that allows its ground clearance to be raised, giving it a special character with accessories as varied as a ski rack or a glass roof that floods the entire cabin with light.
With its presentation reserved for the 26 January, Audi has described this model as the perfect companion for enjoying great outdoor adventures, thanks to its great versatility and adaptability to all kinds of situations, whether for water sports, skiing, golf or mountaineering.
