Audi will show the RS7 and the Q3 RS in 2013

A picture is worth a thousand words. The photograph heading this article shows the four new models that Quattro GmbH had ready for the coming year. The first, starting from the right, the Audi RS5 Cabrio, was already presented a few months ago. Now we only need to get to know the other three vehicles that are covered by a tarpaulin.

Right next to the convertible we find the fastest production estate of all time, the Audi RS6 Avant, a vehicle we met just this week. Alongside these two beasts that have already been presented, we know that the first RS7 Sportback and the Q3 RS are two cars we will get to know within months.

The sports saloon will feature, just like the RS6 Avant, a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine capable of delivering 560 CV of power to all four wheels. No mechanical changes are expected compared with its family sibling.

Where we will truly find novelties is in the smallest and quickest sporty SUV from the brand, the Q3 RS. Under the bonnet we will find, in a transverse position, a turbocharged five-cylinder petrol engine with a total displacement of 2.5 litres capable of delivering more than 355 CV of power. Thanks to a weight reduction and a very strong engine block, it will be able to go from 0 to 100 km/h in under 5 seconds.
