Fiat 500e: new RED charity edition from 24,800 euros

Dressed in red for a good cause. This is how Fiat announces the most charitable and sustainable version of its electric city car, the Fiat 500e, which is marketed under the name Fiat(500)RED. An edition named after the initiative (RED), which aims to provide financial support to the United Nations Fund to fight diseases such as AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria. This (RED) edition is part of Stellantis’ commitment to this initiative, which includes financial support of around 3.5 million euros over the next three years.

Two range options: with 190 or 320 km

The new (RED) edition of the Fiat 500e is the only one among the various trim levels in which the electric city car is sold that can be chosen with two battery types and different ranges: 190 km or 320 km. In the rest of the range, each battery is tied to specific trim levels. In addition, the 500e (RED) is available as a saloon or Cabrio. Among the exclusive details that characterise this edition is the red colour, in solidarity with people fighting AIDS. It can be combined with grey and different shades of white, and elements such as the front end, the logos on the wheel trims, the steering wheel, the mirror housings and the seats are painted in this colour.

The latter feature a upholstery made from sustainable fabric produced with recycled plastics recovered from ocean waste, and are also offered in three colours: black with red stitching and special edition logo in red, red with stitching and black logo… or an eye-catching combination with a red driver’s seat and black remaining seats.

Other details of this version (RED), which in terms of equipment sits in the range between the Action and Icon versions, include chrome window surrounds, a black roof on the Cabrio, 16-inch alloy wheels, exclusive mats bearing the Mopar signature, a special hypoallergenic cabin filter and a hydroalcoholic gel dispenser. The price announced by Fiat for this version, with all discounts included, is 24,813 euros, or from 475 euros per month.
