FV Frangivento Sorpasso, the new supercar coming from Italy

Italy is home to many supercar manufacturers, whose catalogues include some very interesting cars. However, some of these brands fly somewhat under the radar. FV Frangivento is one of those brands you may not know, although we have already told you about it and its outlandish FV Frangivento Asfané DieciDieci, a hypercar delivering 1,010 CV that was presented a few years ago.

Now it brings us the FV Frangivento Sorpasso, another supercar from this factory. This one is somewhat more restrained and is offered in two versions. The Stradale version, which is the entry level, is powered by a naturally aspirated V10 engine producing a considerable 610 CV. All this power is sent to both axles, so it comes with all-wheel drive.

On the outside, the Stradale version features an elegant, dynamic and aggressive look. The bodywork is painted in a single colour and stands out for its front end, where the LED daytime running lights are prominent. As a central feature, the large grille and air intakes help convey the image of power and aggressiveness implicit in a car of these characteristics.

At the rear, a set of LED lights can be seen, and the placement of the exhausts and the diffuser helps enhance the dynamic image of the supercar.

Looking at the GTXX version, we find a two-tone bodywork, so it can be easily told apart at first glance. But beware, because inside there is a fairly significant difference. The V10 engine is fitted with forced induction, so power rises to 810 CV.

The interior has been designed to match the exterior. This design includes Alcántara and leather to improve comfort for the driver and occupants. As for technology, it should be noted that this supercar, in any of its versions, can be equipped with the Avatar Driving Assistant system, developed by Sistemevo. It features artificial intelligence that facilitates interaction with the driver.

Another curious point is that on the GTXX version, the last two letters can be replaced by numbers of the buyer’s choice. In this way, the model will be unique and the buyer will be the one to personalise it. The price? We don’t know it yet, but we can give you a hint: it won’t be cheap.
