Novitec makes the McLaren 750S unleash its full potential, paired with exquisite design
With its usual good taste and craftsmanship, Novitec takes the already refined design of the McLaren 750S to new heights and, of course, its power as well

It has been more than a year since McLaren expanded its “Super Series” family with the 750S, a model that arrived to replace the 720S in both Coupé and Spider versions and that houses a V8 engine under its bonnet delivering spectacular figures, even surpassing the remarkable McLaren P1 in terms of performance.
A supercar like this was bound to pass through the workshops of Novitec, the German tuner specialising in high-performance vehicles, and although it has taken some time, the moment has finally arrived, and the result could not be more impressive. Novitec has managed to improve its aerodynamics with a kit that has been fine-tuned in the wind tunnel but, in addition, its power is noticeably increased to deliver jaw-dropping figures.

The aerodynamic kit itself is a true thing of beauty, as Novitec allows its customers to install its various parts either in exposed carbon fibre or in forged carbon, creating an incredible look while in both cases providing a lightweight yet highly resistant construction. On the front of the McLaren 750S we find carbon inserts in the concave areas formed around the headlights, as well as on the front trunk cover, not to forget the new front splitter with larger dimensions than the standard one, further lowering the front axle at high speeds.

Carbon fibre continues along the sides of the McLaren 750S, applied to the mirror housings and the lower part of the bodywork, as well as to the trim pieces fitted on the air intakes, which work to better direct airflow towards the engine to aid its cooling. At the rear, changes are also made, with side fins, a newly designed diffuser and a central aerodynamic fin running along the entire sinuous shape of the rear bumper. The exterior design is finished off with the MC4 wheels, featuring a five double-spoke design with a central lock nut, measuring 20 inches on the front axle and 21 inches on the rear, and available in 72 different colours together with polished or brushed finishes.

As far as its engine is concerned, the McLaren 720S uses the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8, which after passing through Novitec can be fitted with three performance kits, all based on the Novitec N-Tronic Plug-and-Play control unit that introduces new mapping for ignition, injection and turbo pressure control. At the highest power level, power is raised by 90 CV and torque by 89 Nm, resulting in impressive outputs of 840 CV at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 889 Nm at 6,300 rpm, allowing acceleration to 100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds, reaching 200 km/h in 6.9 seconds, while the top speed is set at 336 km/h.

This highest power level also comes with a Novitec Race exhaust system made of stainless steel and optionally Inconel, with an even more exclusive variant featuring a 999 fine gold plating for better heat dissipation, although in all cases the exhaust exits through the centre of the rear via two imposing exhaust outlets measuring 110 mm in diameter. The mechanical side is completed with the installation of sport springs designed by Novitec that lower the ride height by 25 mm.
As is customary with Novitec, should the customer wish to make modifications to the interior, they can let their imagination run free, always using high-quality materials such as leather and Alcantara in various available colours.
