Section radar, Italian Safety Tutor system

Traffic-wise, Italy is an interesting and peculiar country, as well as a paradise for radar enthusiasts (there is no town entrance without a fixed one, not to mention the motorways), but without a doubt the crown goes to the Safety Tutor system.
If in Spain we complain about section radars (which for now only measure about 3-4 km long), imagine a macro section radar that controls speed over stretches of 25-30 km, one after another. Well, that is the Safety Tutor system that the Italians have installed on their motorways.

The operation is like a section radar: gantries on the motorway read vehicle number plates and calculate the average speed over a 25-30 km stretch. If it is higher than the permitted limit (130 km/h), a fine is issued instantly. But also, the curious thing is that over a 100 km stretch of motorway, the Tutor system is present on three sections, which forces you to drive, all the time (or almost), at the legally established speed.
In Spain we feel pressure from mobile speed cameras, but let us hope they don’t get the idea of copying the Italian inventions. If you drive through Italy and see a gantry with the “Safety Tutor” you know you are under control over a good stretch of road.
As an example, you can see the map of the Italian Autostrade where the Tutor system is installed, and the kilometres monitored by radar.

Si, pero en los fijos hay que tener cuidado, a veces no hay cartel previo avisando, vas circulando sin más y te topas con una caseta con el logo del policia encima y ¡zas! es un radar, eso lo hacen mucho en pueblos.
