The Audi RS5 Coupé is now called RS 500 thanks to Manhart, and this is what it looks like

The tuner Manhart wanted to change the name of the Audi RS5 Coupé, so to give this change a bit more meaning, it has made other changes to the car itself to give it a new personality. The Audi RS500, which is the new name this coupé has received after its time in the brand’s workshops, is more attractive than the basic model and much bolder. On the exterior we can find fairly subtle changes, but ones that make a difference compared with the other versions.

To start with, there are small golden details, although you can also see the new 21-inch Concept One wheels in matt black. Beneath the skin, there is a customised KW suspension kit that brings the car closer to the asphalt, and optionally Manhart can fit the car with a new stainless steel exhaust, which offers a deeper and more powerful sound, adding style so that it can be heard well.

If we turn our attention to the engine, we find a slight change has been made, giving the 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 engine a little more power and torque. The final figures put the power at 498 CV and the maximum torque at 700 Nm, an increase of 49 CV in the former case and 100 Nm in torque, which makes it a car worth considering not only for its aesthetic changes but also for its behaviour on the road.

No acceleration or top speed figures have been given for the model, but we can imagine that if the Audi RS5 Coupé offered acceleration of 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 280 km/h, at least the version equipped with the optional dynamic package, the upgraded version just presented will offer superior performance.
