The Denza D9, the MPV from BYD that will arrive in Europe in a few months
Another of the new arrivals coming from China to the European market will be this luxury MPV sold under the Denza brand.

With the Munich Motor Show taking place within a few weeks, Chinese brands are preparing a large number of models for sale in Europe. BYD has already established itself as one of the most important brands arriving from the Asian country, and not only with its main brand, since Denza is another of the brands under its umbrella that will bring a new model to our market.
The Denza 9 is an MPV, a type of vehicle that has been disappearing in Europe in favour of SUVs and that seems to be making a slow comeback. In this case, as with the Voyah Dream, it is an MPV or minivan aimed at the premium segment.

Presentation at the Munich Show
Denza is a brand belonging to the BYD group and is 10% owned by Mercedes-Benz. It has already presented several models for Europe, and it seems the next model it will bring to Europe will be the Denza D9, this premium MPV that will sit in the highest segment of this type of vehicle.

DENZA D9
In China, the Denza D9 is sold in several versions, although the one with the greatest range, just over 1,000 kilometres under the CLTC cycle, is the version with the plug-in hybrid engine. However, to Europe only the version with the electric motor will arrive.
It is equipped with a 100 kWh battery, which allows a range of around 620 kilometres under the CLTC cycle. In Europe it will be measured under the WLTP cycle, which is more demanding. In this case, the range will be homologated at between 480 and 500 kilometres.
It measures 5.25 metres and will be positioned against models such as the Lexus LM, the Mercedes V-Class and other similar vehicles that have also arrived in Europe from China, such as the already mentioned Voyah Dream or the Maxus Mifa 9. It has room for seven passengers and will be a good option for transporting people.
It is not known when it will arrive in Europe, but it is expected that the launch date for sales in Europe will be revealed at the Munich Show.
