Ford Mustang Mach-E Electric Cars SUV
The Ford Mustang Mach-E is unveiled ahead of schedule by mistake
Some indiscreet users of a forum have spotted the Ford Mustang Mach-E ahead of schedule, a model that will be officially presented on the 18th of this month.

The Ford Mustang Mach-E, one of the most anticipated vehicles of all time, which will be unveiled to the world on the 18th of this month. Not surprisingly, and as tends to happen in these cases, some leaks of the model in question have already surfaced. Whether deliberate, caused by the oval-badged brand, or the result of a simple oversight, the electric SUV has been seen from every side in the configurator of Ford, where several technical details have also been displayed. Either way, here we can see the physiognomy of what will be the first electric vehicle from the American brand.
As Ford had already announced, there will be many features that the Mach-E shares with the Mustang, the model this Mach-E takes as its reference. Both the front and the rear have been inspired by the design of the quintessential muscle car, which has passed on to its SUV sibling certain details that will make it far more imposing and aggressive.
However, this analysis would not be possible without the involvement of the machEforum, where one of its users was clever enough to take screenshots of the Ford configurator before the information was removed. As is common with electric vehicles, the front is completely covered, and the car’s characteristic Mustang horse and two slim, elongated LED headlights quickly take centre stage.

Thanks to the pronounced slope of the C-pillar, the Mach-E adopts a silhouette more typical of a coupé, which leads to a rear end with features that also look familiar. At first glance, we find “C”-shaped taillights, just like on the conventional Mustang, except that these are not flanked by a melodic quad exhaust outlet, but by a clean bumper free of superfluous elements.
The designers of Ford have opted for minimalism to bring the cabin to life, where we see a series of components that make the Mach-E compete head-to-head with Tesla. A completely round steering wheel featuring the characteristic horse sits in front of a screen that acts as the instrument cluster, while a second, generously sized display sits in the centre of the dashboard to house the infotainment system.

There will be four trim levels alongside a special edition called First Edition, with prices ranging from $43,895 up to $60,500 for the GT. The same goes for range and performance: in the top versions, it will be possible to cover a total of 300 miles, the equivalent of about 482 kilometres.
