The new Hyundai Bayon is now available in Spain and these are its prices
Hyundai begins marketing the Bayon in Spain, which it presented with an update across several sections earlier this year

Nearly three years on the market, it was earlier this year that Hyundai finally decided to update the Bayon, a model that arrived to compete in the crowded B-SUV segment against serious rivals such as the SEAT Arona, the Volkswagen T-Cross or Škoda Kamiq, to name a few. Now, a few months after that presentation, the Bayon is finally arriving in Spain.
We already told you in detail at the time about the changes the Hyundai Bayon has undergone, but let us recall that the main ones on the exterior focus on the front, with a more refined design light cluster together with a larger grille that leads to a redesigned bumper. On the sides, new 16- or 17-inch alloy wheels appear, along with a shoulder line that runs to a rear with a new light signature for the lights and areas now painted like the rest of the bodywork. A bodywork that, by the way, can now be painted in four new colours, bringing the total to nine.

Inside, the Hyundai Bayon is now more technological thanks to the updated instrument cluster and infotainment system, which can be kept up to date through the OTA updates it can now receive. In any case, we now know that the Bayon will be available in three trim levels, the first of which is called Klass and includes items such as the following:
- Driver, passenger, front side and curtain airbags
- Disc brakes on both axles
- Stop & Go system
- Active lane change assist system

The next trim level is called Maxx and adds to the previous one items such as the following:

- USB port for rear seats
- Tinted glass
- LED front headlights with cornering function

The final trim level available for the Hyundai Bayon is called Tecno and adds the following items to the previous one:

Mechanically, the Hyundai Bayon’s offer rests on petrol engines, the first being the 1.2 MPI with a power output of 79 CV and a torque of 113 Nm paired with a five-speed manual gearbox, with a combined consumption of 5.6 l/100 km; while the second is the 1.0 T-GDI engine with a power output of 100 CV and a torque of 172 Nm, which can work with a six-speed manual gearbox or a seven-speed DCT automatic. This latter engine uses mild-hybrid technology and therefore carries the ECO label, despite reducing consumption by just 0.4 l/100 km compared with the MPI engine.
