Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Convertibles Range / versions SUV
The Range Rover Evoque Convertible is finally official

After a very long marketing campaign with numerous teasers and advertising actions, the Range Rover Evoque Convertible is now a reality.
The Evoque thus positions itself as one of the most complete SUVs with three body styles available. Three- and five-door with a closed roof, and now, with the sky as its roof.
The exterior design of the Evoque Convertible is no surprise, given the amount of time the brand has been teasing its launch with prototypes and advertising campaigns. Still, it is intriguing to see a manufacturer take the decision to create a rather daring version of one of its most popular models.

The exterior is essentially a three-door Evoque with its roof removed. The Evoque Convertible’s roof is soft, made of fabric, and folds and unfolds electrically at speeds of up to 50 km/h, storing in a dedicated compartment behind the rear seats. As a result, the Convertible’s silhouette is clean, without fuss and without any “suspicious bulges”. The boot offers a capacity of 251 litres.
Inside, the changes are minimal. Most of the modifications focus on the rear, as the cabin is now narrower and the backrests more upright. This is common in convertibles built on the basis of an existing closed body. Otherwise, the Evoque Convertible keeps the much-praised interior that the vast majority of the public appreciates.

Mechanically, the Evoque Convertible will be available with many of the engines offered in the closed range, although the least powerful versions will not be sold. In addition, it will only be available with all-wheel drive. The estimated sale price starts at €54,700 for the 2.0L TD4 Diesel 150 CV 4×4 SE variant.
