Toyota GR 86: the most spiced-up version thanks to HKS
Although there is no official power figure, the modifications include several elements to improve the car’s handling and aerodynamics.

The Toyota GR 86 was presented very recently, and many have set their sights on the model to improve its looks and its characteristics. The company HKS was the first to work on the high-performance Japanese model, adding a few things that light the spark in the car, which it has also renamed GR 86 Concept.
The most striking change is the placement of the GT2 supercharger and all the elements that support it. This makes the increase in power over the previous version even more noticeable. That said, the total power figure that the model achieves with this modification has not been made public, so we will have to wait for the final specifications.

The exhaust has also been modified and features titanium tips, which considerably reduces its weight. If properly tuned, it can also deliver a fairly interesting increase in added power to the model. The engine fitted to this model is a 2.4-litre unit producing 235 CV and a maximum torque of 250 Nm, so the final result with these modifications will be far from negligible.

The HKS Hipermax S shock absorbers have replaced the standard ones and improve its behaviour, which is needed to keep control over the power and force of the modified model. The wheels have also been changed, with Yokohama Advan GT fitted, and their functionality is further enhanced with Yokohama Advan Neova tyres.
Aesthetically, an HKS body kit has been added, including a front spoiler, side protectors and skirts, and other additions that improve its aerodynamic behaviour. This is the first customisation work carried out on this model, but we are convinced that more proposals will soon follow to further enhance the car’s capabilities.
