Toyota GR Supra GT4 50 Edition, a very exclusive tribute to the competition model
Toyota celebrates the 50 units sold of the GR Supra GT4 with this “50 Edition”, a limited edition for the whole world of just six units

Toyota decided to bring back to life one of its most legendary sports cars, the Supra, a model that has brought fond memories to the most nostalgic and that has undoubtedly made a good start in the market, from which, by the way, they had reserved us a pleasant surprise that would arrive later on. And so Toyota, together with Gazoo Racing, developed the competition version GR Supra GT4, which has achieved a formidable record to date with 36 victories along with 78 podium finishes in the more than 256 races in which it has taken part.
Now Toyota wants to celebrate all this success, both in competition achievements and in the 50 units of the GR Supra GT4 that have been sold, with a limited edition of this model, and they take the limited edition concept to the extreme, since only six units will be built for Europe, Asia and North America, that is, two units for each market, so as you can imagine they will sell out sooner rather than later.

The six units of the Toyota GR Supra GT4 50 Edition will only be available in the red Toyota Gazoo Racing colour, where the discordant note will be provided by the specific decals placed on the bonnet, the front windscreen and behind the front wings, accompanied in this last area by the legend “50 Edition” in gold colour, which also appears on the roof. This decoration also helps other elements stand out even more, such as the front spoiler, the side skirts, the wheels, the exposed carbon fibre on the sides, as well as the rear spoiler and diffuser.

Inside the Toyota GR Supra GT4 50 Edition, the brand has also introduced small modifications to make it even more special. When you open the doors you will find new competition seats with carbon fibre shells signed by OMP, which include the GR Supra GT4 embroidery, a new control for the centre console and a plate identifying the limited edition and the unit number, located on the carbon fibre dashboard.

Mechanically there are no changes: the Toyota GR Supra GT4 50 Edition still uses the same turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine with 3,000 cc, which produces 430 CV, sent to the rear axle through the seven-speed automatic gearbox together with the limited-slip differential.
Anyone who wishes to get one can already contact Toyota Gazoo Racing for this, but those who want one of these units will need to have ready the 175,000 euros that it will cost to own a practically unique vehicle in the world.
