Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, the latest version of the French hypercar
The Bugatti Chiron has several special editions and versions that feature updates, improvements and increasingly attractive designs for its buyers

The Bugatti Chiron has become the most iconic model of the French brand, so the company is devoting a great deal of effort to making it one of the most coveted cars in the world. And the proof is that they have built several special editions of the Chiron to ensure it remains the favorite hypercar of everyone who can afford one. The Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport is the latest version of the model to reach us.
This version is just as spectacular as others we have seen in recent years, and it aims to offer an intense experience to whoever sits behind the wheel. Work has been done on aerodynamics to improve its behavior at high speeds.

One of the most interesting elements in this respect is the large rear wing, which measures 1.90 meters long and improves the car’s stability. The 19 kg reduction is also important for improving the Chiron’s performance. This version weighs 1,976 kg, having shed 13 kg thanks to the ultralight magnesium wheels. Another 3 kg were saved with the new brakes, which remain very efficient but are considerably lighter.

Exposed carbon fiber
Another important visual feature is the carbon fiber on the lower section, which is left exposed and gives a more dynamic look, emphasizing the model’s low ride height. At the front there are two large air intakes, while at the rear there is a new diffuser. The high-strength titanium exhaust outlets have been 3D printed and offer a very striking appearance.
Inside we find a large amount of Alcántara, which covers not only the seats but also the steering wheel, the floor and the inner door panels, giving the interior an even more elegant look. There are also carbon fiber parts on the center tunnel, the edges of the instrument cluster and some parts of the door.
The fuel cap bears the name Pur Sport, which is also embroidered on the headrests and the edges of the center tunnel.
Changes to the W16 engine
The W16 engine still delivers an impressive 1,500 CV of power and 1,600 Nm of peak torque, although it now revs up to 6,900 rpm compared with the 6,750 rpm of the regular Chiron. To achieve this, the transmission has been modified by 80%, with added gears that allow shorter ratios. This improves the car’s acceleration and delivers maximum power from 350 km/h onwards.
To control all this power, the suspension has been upgraded, becoming 65% stiffer at the front and 33% stiffer at the rear. There are new carbon anti-roll bars, and the suspension’s camber angle has been adjusted to improve handling in corners while maintaining comfort.
Only 60 units of this model will be built, starting in the second half of this year. Its price will be set at around 3 million euros, excluding taxes.
