Ferrari is changing its strategy and will launch a redesign every year and a new model every four years

According to Motor Trend magazine, Ferrari’s strategy for the coming years will be based on its core line of four models, launching one redesigned model per year (counting the usual Scuderia and Spyder variants) and a completely new model every four years. In addition, the Enzo will get a variant roughly every 10 years.
The core line of four models will continue as it has so far, with two “basic” GT models, if that word fits what a Ferrari is, and the two highest-performance models. It should be clarified that the differences between the GT models and the others will be much more pronounced, in line with the brand’s new corporate direction.
More specifically, some characteristics of several new models that would replace the current ones have been outlined. The 612 Scaglietti will drop its price slightly and gain interior space. For now, a four-door variant of this model has been ruled out.
The replacement for the 599 would arrive in two years’ time and will be a more extreme model than the 599 GTO, keeping the same V12 engine layout. It was also said that neither of these two models will, for the time being, feature a hybrid system.
And on the subject of hybrids, even though they already have a prototype model, Amadeo Felisa has said the following, putting to rest any rumours:
We are forced to reduce consumption and emissions, but we have other things to do as well, because hybrids are not enough. Changing the sporting character of Ferrari is not up for discussion. We are not going to lose performance. I can’t even imagine an electric Ferrari
