Hofele HG 63, a bolder version of the Mercedes-AMG G 63
German customiser Hofele has worked on a Mercedes-AMG G63 to create a more dynamic and eye-catching version of this imposing German off-roader.

Car customisation workshops usually enjoy it when a Mercedes-AMG G 63 arrives, an off-roader that appeals to those who enjoy making this model even more striking. Hofele is a company that specialises in this kind of work, and it has set to work to offer a body kit for this model, making it even more interesting than it already is from the factory.
It has been named HG 63 and presented so that anyone who wants a more aggressive variant of this model, which is one of the benchmarks when it comes to off-road vehicles, can take notice. The first thing that stands out is the matte paint Moonbeam Silver, which is applied exclusively to this model.

On this bodywork, the details in Liquid Black Chrome stand out, including on the front grille and the front bumper, which has also been redesigned. It has been fitted with new air intakes, larger than those found on the standard version. This more dynamic look is enhanced by the new 24-inch cross-spoke alloy wheels and exposed carbon fibre details.

Improved interior
The cabin of the HG 63 has also benefited from several design changes. There is glossy red leather and Alcántara on the pillars and the roof. The model has also replaced the standard rear seats with more comfortable individual armchairs. These seats provide 10 centimetres more legroom for occupants and can adjust the heating and ventilation, and each can be adjusted individually.
Rear passenger comfort is increased by a wider door opening and a longitudinal step that deploys electronically, allowing easy access to the off-roader.
The centre console has been replaced and made more attractive, with an integrated control panel, storage spaces and a wireless charging system. Where no changes have been made is the engine. This is a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 block. However, a valve-controlled exhaust system has been included that improves the vehicle’s overall behaviour.
No price has been set for this model, although it is expected to be around 300,000 euros. What do you think of this surprising customisation?
