Honda Vezel Modulo X, the sporty-styled Japanese HR-V
The Japanese model we know in our country as Honda HR-V has since this week received a package of improvements to the exterior, the interior and the suspension

It is common for a Japanese brand to call its models by different names depending on whether they are aimed at the domestic market or the international one. This is the case of Honda and the Honda HR-V, which in the Japanese market is called Honda Vezel. And for its Japanese customers, the brand has prepared a Modulo X package, which dresses several of its models, the car included.
The Modulo X package is available for the Honda Vezel Touring and Honda Vezel Hybrid versions. It consists of exterior and interior upgrades as well as an improvement to the suspension system. On the outside, the Honda Vezel Modulo X adds black elements, such as the grille, the lower edge of the front bumper, the side skirts and aerodynamic trim on the rear bumper.

The Modulo X package also includes LED fog lights and chrome exhaust trim, giving this model a special touch as it aims to become something special for its Japanese customers. In addition, buyers will be able to choose between four new colours: Premium Crystal Blue Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Premium Crystal Red Metallic and Crystal Black Pearl.

Inside, the aim is to improve comfort, so sport seats have been added with features that enhance comfort and offer that extra ease on long journeys. As for the suspension, it has been changed to a coil spring suspension that offers a more comfortable and better-balanced drive.
The wheels have also been revised for this new version, with 17-inch alloy wheels on the two-wheel-drive versions and 18-inch wheels on the all-wheel-drive models. Sales begin in Japan today, 29 November, priced at the equivalent of 28,750 euros for the hybrid model and 29,255 euros for the variant with the 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 170 CV. Will we see this upgrade on the Honda H-RV models sold in Europe?
