Skoda presents the top-of-the-range version of the Enyaq, faster, more powerful, with greater range and a more aggressive look

 Skoda Enyaq Sportline IV

Skoda has expanded the range of its 100% electric SUV. The Enyaq Sportline IV 80x is the sportiest and most performance-oriented version in the range, aimed at a market niche that, in addition to a practical family car, lets you treat yourself from time to time, without needing to go up to the Enyaq IV vRS that we will look at later.

The new Skoda Enyaq Sportine IV offers three different variants of rear-wheel and all-wheel drive power and incorporates numerous design elements in gloss black that give it a sportier touch than we have seen on other versions.

More sporty look with black details

At the front, we can quickly see one of its main highlights. The gloss black grille gives the Czech brand’s SUV a more imposing appearance, and together with its new Full-LED Matrix headlights and the C-shaped trims on the air curtains, it gives an aggressive look and gaze.

The large honeycomb-shaped black air intake at the bottom of the bumper is another distinctive feature that gives great character to the electric SUV, thanks to the Sportline finish that this model features.

On the side, we can see that the mirrors, window frames, roof bars and a small skirt are painted in gloss black, just as at the front, giving a more dynamic and sporty side profile.

At the rear, the discreet yet subtle rear diffuser stands out, accompanied by the spoiler, also in black, which contrasts with the LED rear lights. In the centre of the tailgate, both the Skoda badge and the model name are also in gloss black.

But one of the main highlights of the new Skoda Enyaq IV Sportline is, without a doubt, the 21-inch Betria alloy wheels, which are available from the Skoda options catalogue for this model. There is also a more understated 20-inch wheel option.

Interior matching the exterior design

The interior of the Skoda Enyaq IV Sportline is another highlight of the whole. Its black Suedia microfibre and leather upholstery with grey piping covers the sports seats. The decorative strips running along the doors with a carbon effect give it a distinctive touch compared with the rest of its siblings in the range.

The three-spoke multifunction steering wheel with perforated rim pairs very well with the aluminium sports pedals, and together with the rest of the setting creates a pleasant atmosphere in keeping with the exterior design.

Its instrumentation remains unchanged, with the 5.3-inch digital instrument cluster and the central multimedia system with a 13-inch touchscreen that is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. In addition, there is the Head-Up Display system, which lets the driver see the most relevant information without taking their eyes off the road.

Enyaq IV 80x engine

The Skoda Enyaq IV 80x has two motors delivering 261 CV of power and 425 Nm of torque. At the rear is a permanent-magnet synchronous motor producing 201 CV and 301 Nm of torque, while at the front there is an asynchronous motor of 107 CV and 162 Nm of torque.

The battery of the Skoda Enyaq IV 80x has an 82 kWh battery offering more than 500 km of range on the WLTP cycle, and its top speed is 160 km/h.
